Residents' Management Companies & Freeholders

A Residents Management Company (RMC) is a company limited by share or guarantee which is responsible for the management of the communal parts of a development. Its responsibilities are set out in each lease and/or transfer document.
If the RMC is limited by share, the owner of each property is automatically a shareholder of the Company. Alternatively, if the Company is limited by guarantee, property owners are members of the Company.

We provide a personal, high-quality management service to a variety of developments ranging from house conversions and private estates, to luxury riverside developments with leisure facilities and site staff and operate on behalf of RMCs, freeholders and housebuilders. Cost-controlled Maintenance

Maintenance can be a significant expense for leaseholders, which is why prudent cost control measures and optimal cost saving considerations are the cornerstones of our service.
When maintenance is required, our specialists obtain quotations from approved, independent sub-contractors, allowing us to make informed, objective choices with your best interests in mind.  We have no financial  interest  in any contactor or supplier business servicing our clients requirements.

Company Secretarial Services
We can act as Company Secretary and provide a registered office facility for Freeholder, Resident Management and Right to Manage Companies. From handling Companies House and other statutory requirements to organising Annual General Meetings, our overriding aim is to remove the burden from the client.

Project Supervision
From new-build to periodic major works, our in-house building surveyors can specify, design and supervise the required work, liaising with our managers to minimise disruption to residents.

Accounts
Working closely with our property teams, our accounts department uses bespoke IT systems to supply everything from block management to company and service charge accounts, all in compliance with ARMA and RICS standards.
